About the Role:

naztech Inc. Ltd. is a leading IT company with 15+ years of experience in developing software and fintech solutions. We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to join our innovation team.

The role is ideal for someone passionate about NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, and AI agents. You will work on building smart, next-generation AI solutions for the banking and fintech industry using tools like LangChain, HuggingFace, vector databases, and GPT-based systems.

Both experienced professionals (with 2+ years of experience) and fresh graduates with strong skills and a learning mindset are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields
• Solid understanding of:
  • Machine learning, statistics, and algorithms
  • Data structures and large-scale data processing.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• NLP & LLMs: GPT-3.5/4, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.
• AI Agents & Chatbots: LangChain, AutoGen, RAG pipelines
• Vector Databases: FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate
• Programming: Strong in Python (R is a plus)
• Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers
• Deployment: REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Version Control: Git/GitHub

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models, with focus on NLP and LLMs
• Develop chatbots (both online and offline)
• Create AI agent workflows for automated tasks
• Implement semantic search using vector databases
• Write clean and maintainable code with documentation
• Work with backend and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Keep up to date with latest AI tools and research

Extra Skills:

• Prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Data preprocessing, embeddings, and fine-tuning models
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
