Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyst will be responsible for definition, design, testing, and implementation of Automation
    Solutions that will interact with multiple third-party applications.
  • Actively involved in building the opportunity business case and qualifying the business – working with teams to create and act on their opportunity plans. Actively contribute to the business use case process.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and outline the areas of automation using various tools and software.
  • Define the project requirements, collect data for benefit assessment, and work with business partners to complete the financial benefit calculations.
  • Create the Process Definition Document (PDD) using the flowchart diagram-defined process-to-be.
  • Create the High Level Solution Blueprint: Identifying the key solution elements, operating model, and delivery approach.
  • Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Define systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
  • Create detailed test plans for system integration testing phases of the projects.
  • Continually identify, communicate, and implement industry best practices related to automation and analytics tools.
  • Actively utilize the MS Office 365 tool set to automate low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Continue to develop technical skills, keeping up with emerging Microsoft technology.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (systems engineer, business administration, or related) or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in Automation development with one of the market-leading RPA platforms:
    Blue Prism and UI Path preferred but open to other platforms.

Experience Requirements:

At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 25 years.
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, Blue-Prism, and/or UI Path.
  • Experience or ability to learn low-code/no-code development skills with Microsoft Power Platform –Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Excellent critical-thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data retrieved from multiple sources.
  • Experience with different databases and writing SQL.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least 1 full life cycle Analytics or Systems integration engagement across strategy, design, and implementation.
  • Experience with Agile, Scum, XP software environments using MS DevOps or JIRA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Access and Visio (must).
  • Experience with Visual Basic and macro development.
  • Excellent critical-thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data retrieved from multiple sources.
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships, and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Must be an adaptable self-starter and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to juggle multiple projects and organize time effectively.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be willing to put in extra time and effort if need be. Go above and beyond the requirements of the job and strive to exceed expectations.
  • Independent and motivated individual who requires little supervision and demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills.
