Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
- Take part in the CMMI implementation project
- Prepare necessary CMMI-related documents
- Perform audit exercises with various projects
- Maintain version control of all the artifacts
- Guide and train team members on CMMI standards
- Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
- Conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly.
- Monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
- Ensuring the successful deployment of products to the client.
- Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures, and Train team members on quality standards and practices.

Educational Requirements:
- Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or Equivalent Degree
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or Equivalent Degree.
Experience Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

- A minimum of 3+ years of automation testing experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment
- Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, testing types, tools, and processes
- Ability to understand Test Requirements and analyze the Application under Test (AUT)
- Must have CMMI Leve-3 implementation experience. Should be a member of PGA or a similar committee during CMMI implementation.
- Extensive experience in developing automation scripts with a variety of automation approaches and tools (Selenium, TestComplete, Cucumber, UFT, etc)
- Strong working experience with any of the scripting languages like Jscript, VB Script, C#, Python, etc
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.
- Practical experience with REST API testing using automation tools
- Test Management usage on JIRA/ALM/Zephyr
- High-level analytical skills, Critical thinker, Detail oriented.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage software projects and teams.
