Jr. Java Developer

Job Context:

We are looking for talented Full Stack Java Developers to join with an existing team of motivated developers working on various emerging Financial Technology (FinTech) and other IT applications. This position requires that you should have strong back-end and front-end development skill and experience, primarily in Core Java, Spring Boot Framework, JavaScript based GUI frameworks and RDBMS database.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the timely delivery of tasks assigned to technical projects with multiple interdependent work streams in accordance with naztech project methodology.
• Ability to work on more than one project at a time and proactively work with all areas of the business to ensure issues are unblocked quickly.
• Plan, manage and complete assigned tasks related to project(s) with little to no bugs.
• Report progress regularly using our nProject to the internal team – escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
• Ensure Quality, on-time delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Identify and capture issues and risks proactively with a problem-solving attitude and ensure timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
• Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation including detailed plans, risks, issues logs, change requests, bugs, and other project software/tools required to work effectively and deliver project objectives.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or Equivalent Degree
• Diploma in Computer Science & Technology
• Skills Required: Agile methodology, Core Java, Full Stack, JavaScript, Linux, SQL, Stored Procedure, RPA

Experience Requirements:

• At most 2 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 32 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Full stack developer in Java based web-application development
• Core Java Skills (Java 11/17 with a solid understanding of the latest version of Java): Core OOP concepts, Knowledge of Core Java principals, Generics, Multi-Threading, Lamdas, NIO, etc.
• Spring: Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Microservice Architecture, RDBMS core SQL Skills, Table Design, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Basic performance characteristics
• JavaScript (UI/UX): Advance JavaScript, Sencha ExtJS desirable, nodeJs, ReactJS
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) skill
• Experience in Linux, Docker & Git
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Database: MS SQLServer preferred, Deep understanding of SQL queries, Table design, Stored Procedures, Triggers, View, Indexes, performance tuning
• Strong store procedure writing skills using T-SQL in MSSQL Server DB
• Desirable: Kafka, Redis
• Should have development to deployment in server experience
