Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or Equivalent Degree Degree/Diploma in a Computer Science discipline and Industry certified PM Qualification (PMP/PRINCE2)

Experience Requirements:

• Experience: At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 35 years
• Extensive knowledge and Practical experience in Java 11, 17,21
• Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Integration
• Extensive experience in DB including writing advanced Stored Procedure
• Experience with JavaScript, DevOps, Linux, Docker & Git, in an Agile, Project Planning
• Able to deconstruct complex sets of interrelated tasks into clear and structured plans
• Ability to produce high-quality summary information for executive stakeholders regularly
• Ability to ensure robust risk review around delivery or solution in a project environment
• Project Management & Tracking
• Tracks the project well to plans
• Manage project risks and issues effectively
• Provide appropriate visibility to all stakeholders
• Make proactive course corrections when required
• Provide clear vision and guidance to the team
• Maintain high team morale and drive the team members

Job Summary:

• This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team on various projects using an array of modern leading-edge technologies to deliver world-class FinTech software targeting both domestic and international markets. Working within an agile environment you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance. In addition to writing quality code, you will also consider code maintenance and scalability.
• You will work alongside the Project Manager on defining and executing development requirements and priorities. As a Technical lead, you will be expected to have a hands-on-development approach and be solution-driven to all technical issues. You will be responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solutions meet the technical specifications and design requirements.

Salary:

Tk. 80000 – 120000 (Monthly)
